Long story in short, I have been to 4-5 different Mitsubishi dealerships while looking to buy a new car but these guys here in Melville have provided us the best customer service ever and helped us through buying the car. Special thanks to Tavern and David for the their polite and humble dealing.

no one answers the phone, rang 20 times and no one picked up phone at all. as a customer who bought cars from this shop, it is terrible that there isnt a human you can talk to when you want to book a car service. when finally someone picked up many days later, they put me thru to service but no one picked up for 15 mins !! - so i hung up the phone. Enough.I just go to another service centre who is professional and picks up calls - and have my cars serviced at much cheaper fees too (a bonus i didnt expect)

Don’t service your car here.Last time they didn’t change the oil or reset the service reminder in the computer and bent my key so badly it couldn’t go in the ignition.Today I picked up my car with paint scraped off my bumper, showed the service manager his exact words were, couldn’t have been them our guys wear soft clothing and we only changed the oil and filter. So apparently no tools or solid objects are used in mechanical work shops anymore and so it wasn’t even worth asking the staff…

Called up and enquired about an ASX that was posted on carsales. Drove 40mins to get there. Test drove all okay. Went to do paperwork and wanting to pay cash for the exact price as advertised and was told they wanted to sell me the car but had other offers and didnt want to let it go at the asking price and told us if we wanted to buy the vehicle we would need to add a discounted" $2000 care package to the deal.Very unprofessional. And time wasting"

I just picked up my new Mitsubishi ASX today and Eric Pablo the salesman was excellent. So helpful, organised everything and had my car ready. He helped me sync my phone etc. Every time I go in there Eric is the only one working and greeting us etc. All the others just sit in their offices. So I think Eric Pablo should get a promotion and a pay rise. Thanks, Eric. A 5-star for Eric!

First time servicing at Melville Mitsubishi after moving from Sydney. Great service, easy booking process and Luke went out of his way, delivering my car back to me as he knew I was walking there on crutches. Exceptional.

Unfortunately I have to leave a star. Never take your vehicle here. Service desk personnel have no experience. And the service manager Jason . What a k..... make sure when you sign the paper work you take a photo of what you've signed. When I returned they charged me $180 ph x 3 to fit a broken canopy rear window. Of which I had to chase up. 8 emails to canopy supplier. mitsubishi 1 email to canopy providers. There was no conversations of price and the internal sheet I signed only had my signature on. When i left. When I arrived back to pick ute upThese charges suddenly appeared. Asked for a copy and was refused. Advised them I was with in my rights as it had my signature on. I raised my voice and refused to pay. Service manager j spoke to me like a child telling me to sit down and tried to humilate me infront of his staff a few words exchanged. The principal what a joke. Then they told me they would take out the glass and charge me for the removal as well as the other additonal $540. What a joke. All j could do was smirk at me. And then told me he'd put me in my place....engine and eletric faults also reported. Driving on 40lt per kl . Electrics kept jumping into2 , 4 wheel drive. They said they never found a fault.. 2nd time stung here. First time I put off as bad sales man. 8 years later even worse... All the relevant information passed on to Accc and more. Seems I'm not the only one with issues here.
